Reza Khan
Reza Khan is the founder and director of Ardent Research Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., an independent research and advisory organisation focused on Pakistan. He holds an M.Phil. in Government and Public Policy from the National Defence University, Islamabad and an MBA in Finance.
His areas of interest include public policy, economic and institutional analysis, governance, development, and evidence based policy analysis. His work focuses on examining Pakistan's policy and institutional challenges through research, analysis, and practical policy solutions.
At ARS, he leads research and advisory initiatives aimed at generating rigorous, independent analysis and translating evidence into practical insights for businesses, institutions, and decision makers.
Dr. Rubina Fareed
Dr. Rubina Fareed is a medical practitioner and graduate of Khyber Medical College, with extensive experience spanning women's health, human rights, and community development. She has served in leadership and advisory roles focused on protecting the rights and welfare of women and children, including work with the National Commission on the Rights of Child.
Her work combines medical expertise with a longstanding commitment to women's empowerment, health awareness, and social welfare. She has received the National Human Rights Award and an Achievement Award from the Ministry of Human Rights, as well as the Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah Gold Medal for her contributions to human rights and community service.
At ARS, she contributes to research and advisory initiatives that bring together institutional experience, evidence-based analysis, and practical perspectives to support better decision-making across businesses, organisations, and public sector institutions.
